Nicolas Vahé Oil

Nicolas Vahé oil is super delicious for lots of things in the kitchen. The chilli flavoured oil is ideal  on top of fried vegetables, if you choose to fry in the oil, don't fry too hard, it doesn't do the oil any good.  
If you fry fish, fry in the oil with citrus. It has a delicious and delicate taste of lemons without overpowering.

If you make your own marinades for summer barbecues, use the rapeseed oil or olive oil without added seasoning. They have a delicious and delicate flavour. Add your own favourite spices, and it's the bottles from Nicolas Vahé, or it's herbs from the garden, are just as good. You get a delicious marinade that the meat should sit in for a few hours before it's ready for roasting.

When baking bread, the oil is delicious to dip the freshly baked bread in, but also try pouring the oil on top of the bread before baking and sprinkle with salt, spices or herbs. It adds a personal touch to your baked goods.
